Office Sound-Proofing

Following a successful office refurbishment, KB Interiors was awarded a further contract to carry out a full sound-proofing project.

The KB Interiors team installed walls on top of a mezzanine floor, using the dry lining system with 102mm glazing modules. The walls were 102mm to help with the acoustic element, with the office being in the middle of a busy work area.

To improve the acoustics of the office space, further 100mm insulation pads were installed within the ceiling cavity.
